摘要 目的:分析高被引和高下载论文研究主题的异同及其特点,为交叉医学期刊优化组稿方向、挖掘潜在热点提供参考。方法:利用VOSviewer软件呈现《中国输血杂志》2015-2020年高被引和高下载论文研究热点的异同,并比对国外几种输血医学专业领头期刊的高被引论文研究热点。利用CiteSpace软件沿高被引和高下载论文的主题演进时间探测具有发展潜力的新热点。结果:从高被引和高下载论文研究主题分布的异同中找到了优化主题结构及调整组稿方向的切入点,从基于时间维度的高下载论文热点分析中捕捉到了前沿热点及未来选题策划方向。结论:利用引文可视化软件分析高被引和高下载论文研究主题的知识图谱,有助于交叉医学期刊布局及促进子研究领域的产出。将学术引导与实用可读有机结合,可走出一条医学期刊选题特色发展之路。 Objective To provide the reference for optimizing the manuscript solicitation and mining the potential hot spots in medical journals by analyzing the similarities,differences and characteristics of highly-cited and downloaded medical papers.Methods The similarities and differences of highly-cited and downloaded medical papers published in Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion from 2015 to 2020 were presented using the VOSviewer and the hot spots in highly-cited papers in foreign leading blood transfusion journals were compared.The novel hot spots in highly-cited papers in foreign leading blood transfusion journals were compared.The novel hot spots with development potentials were detected using CiteSpace according to the evolutionary timeline of topics in highly-cited and downloaded medical papers.Results The cutting point for optimizing the structure of topics and adjusting the direction of manuscript solicitation was found by analyzing the similarities and differences in distribution of research topics in medical journals.The frontier hot spots and the planning direction for future selection of topics were captured in highly-cited and downloaded medical papers.Conclusion Analysis of the knowledge graphs of research topics in highly-cited and downloaded medial papers using visualized software can benefit the distribution of medical journals and promote the production in sub-research fields.Organic combination of academic and practical readability can pave a characteristic development road for the selection of topics in medical journals.
