无张力疝修补手术治疗成人疝气的疗效分析

目的分析在为成人疝气患者实施治疗的过程中无张力疝修补手术的临床应用效果。方法该研究在2019年3月—2020年3月期间在该院接受成人疝气治疗的患者中随机选取92例作为研究对象,根据双色球分组法将患者分为1组与2组,每组46例,1组患者的治疗方法为无张力疝修补手术,2组患者的治疗方法传统疝气修补手术,分析比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果1组患者手术、术后离床和住院时间以及术中出血量分别为(41.23±2.54)min、(16.35±3.26)h、(4.35±1.36)d、(26.54±7.65)mL,2组患者分别为(72.36±3.58)min、(145.62±5.35)h、(8.72±1.54)d、(38.55±8.26)mL,差异有统计学意义(t=48.099、139.945、14.426、7.235,P<0.05);1组患者并发症发生率为13.0%,2组患者为43.5%,1组患者显著低于2组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.508,P=0.001)。1组与2组患者术后0级、Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级疼痛严重程度分别为17.4%、76.1%、6.5%、0.0%与0.0%、45.7%、39.1%、15.2%,比较差异无统计学意义(Z=5.373,P<0.05);1组与2组患者复发率分别为2.2%与17.4%,比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.434,P=0.035)。结论在为成人疝气患者实施治疗的过程中,无张力疝修补手术的运用缩短了患者接受手术治疗的时间,减少其手术过程中的出血量,同时,患者术后离床以及住院时间也相对较短,术后疼痛安更为轻微且出现复发情况的患者较少,并发症发生率相对较低,取得相对较为理想的手术效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of tension-free hernioplasty in the treatment of adult hernia patients.Methods From March 2019 to March 2020,patients with adult hernia treated in the hospital during the period of 92 cases were randomly selected as the research object,according to the double chromosphere grouping method divided the patients into 1 and 2 groups,each group of 46 cases,the treatment of patients with 1 set of methods for without tension hernia repair surgery,surgical treatment method of traditional hernia repair in 2 groups,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results In group 1,the duration of operation,postoperative bed removal,hospitalization and intraoperative blood loss were(41.23±2.54)min,(16.35±3.26)h,(4.35±1.36)d,(26.54±7.65)mL,respectively.Patients in group 2 were(72.36±3.58)min,(145.62±5.35)h,(8.72±1.54)d,(38.55±8.26)mL,respectively,and the difference were statistically significant(t=48.099,139.945,14.426,7.235,P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 13.0%in group 1 and 43.5%in group 2,which was significantly lower in group 1 than in group 2,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.508,P=0.001).Postoperative pain severity of grade 0,gradeⅠ,gradeⅡand gradeⅢin group 1 and group 2 was 17.4%,76.1%,6.5%,0.0%and 0.0%,45.7%,39.1%and 15.2%,the difference was statistically significant(Z=5.373,P<0.05).The recurrence rates of group 1 and group 2 were 2.2%and 17.4%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.434,P=0.035).Conclusion In the process of treating adult hernia patients,the use of tension-free hernia repair shortens the time for patients to undergo surgical treatment and reduces the amount of bleeding during the operation.At the same time,the patients get out of bed and stay in the hospital for a relatively short period of time,postoperative pain is milder and fewer patients have recurrence,the complication rate is relatively low,and relatively ideal surgical results have been achieved.
