小儿肺炎合并肝功能损害采用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗的价值 被引量:2

The Value of Treatment with Reduced Glutathione in Children with Pneumonia and Liver Damage

摘要 目的探讨在小儿肺炎合并肝功能损伤的治疗中应用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗的临床疗效。方法便利选取2018年7月—2020年6月期间在该院就诊的小儿肺炎合并肝功能损害的患儿,总计85例。按照治疗方法将其随机分成两组,对照组42例患儿采取常规治疗,研究组43例患儿在常规治疗的基础上联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组患儿咳嗽症状缓解时间、退热时间、肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间分别为(6.28±1.06)d、(6.07±1.62)h、(6.11±1.68)d、(6.65±1.51)d,显著低于对照组咳嗽症状缓解时间(8.31±1.96)d、退热时间(8.17±1.82)h、肺部啰音消失时间(8.42±1.87)d及住院时间(9.41±2.81)d,差异有统计学意义(t=5.958、5.622、5.994、5.659,P<0.05);研究组患儿临床治疗总有效率为97.7%显著高于对照组76.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿谷丙转氨酶(ALT)及谷草转氨酶(AST)指标恢复时间分别为(16.01±4.08)、(14.02±3.08)d,显著低于对照组ALT恢复时间(19.24±5.22)d与AST恢复时间(17.95±4.25)d,差异有统计学意义(t=3.182、4.890,P<0.05)。结论对小儿肺炎合并肝功能损伤应用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗可显著提高临床疗效,缩短治疗时间,提高肝功能恢复率。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of reducing glutathione in the treatment of children with pneumonia and liver damage.Methods 85 cases of children with pediatric pneumonia and liver dysfunction who were treated in the hospital from July 2018 to June 2020 were conveniently selected.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the treatment method.42 children in the control group received conventional treatment,and 43 children in the study group were treated with reduced glutathione on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The cough symptom relief time,fever reduction time,pulmonary rale disappearance time and hospitalization time of the children in the study group were(6.28±1.06)d,(6.07±1.62)h,(6.11±1.68)d,(6.65±1.51)d,significantly lower than the control group's cough symptom relief time(8.31±1.96)d,fever reduction time(8.17±1.82)h,lung rale disappearance time(8.42±1.87)d and hospital stay(9.41±2.81)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.958,5.622,5.994,5.659,P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment of children in the study group was 97.7%significantly higher than that of the control group 76.2%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of alanine aminotrans-ferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)indexes in the study group were(16.01±4.08)d and(14.02±3.08)d,which were significantly lower than the control group ALT recovery time(19.24±5.22)d and AST recovery time(17.95±4.25)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.182,4.890,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of reduced glutathione treatment to children with pneumonia and liver function damage can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,shorten the treatment time,effectively eliminate the symptoms of pneumonia,improve liver function,and increase the recovery rate of liver function.
