摘要
目的研究对冠心病心绞痛患者在护理期间加入心理护理与健康教育后的效果。方法方便选择2018年3月—2019年3月在该院进行治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者共76例,将患者按照护理方式的不同,分为两组,其中传统护理组患者可实施常规护理措施进行干预,联合护理组患者在常规护理措施的基础上,加入心理护理联合健康教育模式进行干预,观察两组患者的护理满意度、生活质量评分及心理状态。结果两组患者在干预前的SAS、SDS分数情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,联合护理组患者的SAS、SDS分更低,差异有统计学意义(t=18.156、10.619,P<0.001);联合护理组患者的护理满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.537,P=0.033),联合护理组患者在生命力、生理、心理及社会功能上更高,差异有统计学意义(t=3.246、3.678、2.406、2.204,P<0.05);联合护理组治疗后心绞痛发作持续时间(2.21±0.32)min/次,心绞痛发作次数(1.32±0.15)次/周,对比常规护理组更低,差异有统计学意义(t=6.744、14.490,P<0.05)。结论在对冠心病合并心绞痛患者的临床护理中,加入对患者的心理护理及健康教育模式后,提高患者的治疗效果,促进护患之间的关系,提升患者对护理工作的满意度,从而对患者的生活质量带来了巨大的改变,也缓解了患者的负面情绪,对比常规护理模式更能全面满足患者的需求。
Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing and health education on patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods A total of 76 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris who were treated in this hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,among them,patients in the traditional nursing group could implement routine nursing measures for intervention,patients in the combined nursing group on the basis of routine nursing measures,add psychological nursing combined health education mode for intervention,observed the nursing satisfaction,quality of life score and psychological state of patients in the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),but after intervention,SAS and SDS scores in the combined nursing group were lower,the difference was statistically significant(t=18.156,10.619,P<0.001).Patients in the combined nursing group had higher nursing satisfaction,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.537,P=0.033).Patients in the combined nursing group had higher vitality,physiological,psychological and social function,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.246,3.678,2.406,2.204,P<0.05).After treatment,the duration of angina attack in the combined nursing group was(2.21±0.32)min/time,and the frequency of angina attack was(1.32±0.15)times/week,which was lower than that in the conventional nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.744,14.490,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing of patients with coronary heart disease with angina pectoris,add to the patient's psychological nursing and health education model,to improve the therapeutic effect of patients,promote the relationship between nurses and patients,improve patient satisfaction of nursing work,to the patient's quality of life has brought the huge change,also eased the patient's negative emotions,compared with conventional nursing mode,it can more fully meet the needs of patients.
