临床护理路径对眼科白内障手术患者疾病知识掌握情况及护理满意度的影响

The Influence of Clinical Nursing Path on the Grasp of Disease Knowledge and Nursing Satisfaction of Patients Undergoing Ophthalmic Cataract Surgery

目的探讨临床护理路径对眼科白内障手术患者疾病知识掌握情况及护理满意度的影响。方法纳入该院收治96例眼科白内障患者,收治时间2019年5月—2020年1月,使用随机分组的方式,将96例患者平分为对照组(n=48)以及研究组(n=48),对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受临床护理路径,对比两组患者的护理效果差异。结果研究组患者对健康知识掌握度(93.83±1.22)分、用药知识掌握度(96.71±1.21)分、疾病相关知识掌握度(94.71±1.92)分高于对照组健康知识掌握度(83.38±1.44)分、用药知识掌握度(80.58±1.58)分、疾病相关知识掌握度(85.14±3.91)分,研究组护理满意度评分(93.58±1.92)高于对照组(84.71±3.94)分,差异有统计学意义(t=38.361、56.153、15.221、14.021,P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率(4.17%)低于对照组并发症总发生率(18.75%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.031,P<0.05)。结论眼科白内障手术患者,为其采取临床护理路径,能够有效提升患者对疾病相关知识的掌握度,进而提升对用药知识、健康知识的掌握度,进一步提升患者对护理人员的满意度,该护理模式值得推广。

Objective To explore the influence of clinical nursing path on the grasp of disease knowledge and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing ophthalmic cataract surgery.Methods 96 cases of ophthalmic cataract patients were enrolled in the hospital.They were admitted from May 2019 to January 2020.The 96 patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=48)and the study group(n=48).The control group received routine care and the study group received clinical nursing path,comparing the difference in nursing effect between the two groups of patients.Results The study group's mastery of health knowledge(93.83±1.22)points,medication knowledge(96.71±1.21)points,disease-related knowledge(94.71±1.92)points was higher than the control group's health knowledge(83.38±1.44)points,medication knowledge mastery(80.58±1.58)points,disease-related knowledge mastery(85.14±3.91)points,and the nursing satisfaction score of the study group(93.58±1.92)points was higher than that of the control group(84.71±3.94)points,which was statistically significant difference(t=38.361,56.153,15.221,14.021,P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group(4.17%)was lower than the total incidence of complications in the control group(18.75%),which was statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=5.031,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing path for patients undergoing ophthalmic cataract surgery can effectively improve the patient's grasp of disease-related knowledge,thereby improving the grasp of medication knowledge and health knowledge,and further improving the patient's satisfaction with nursing staff.The model is worth promoting.
