机械制造加工设备的安全管理与维修

SAFETY MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF MECHANICAL MANUFACTURING AND PROCESSING EQUIPMENT

机械制造加工设备作为机械制造业的基础,它的水平高低直接决定着产品的最终质量和企业的经济效益,因此,机械制造加工设备的安全管理和维修越来越受到社会各界的广泛关注,成为日益热门的讨论话题。近年来,我国的机械加工制造设备的管理与维修中存在着不少的问题,主要有管理制度的不完善、缺乏设备使用说明、员工的安全意识淡薄以及维修队伍能力较弱这几方面的问题,在很大程度上限制了企业水平的进一步提升。鉴于此,从机械加工设备的维修任务入手,分别提出了五点措施,对机械设备的管理与维修工作展开分析。

As the basis of mechanical manufacturing industry,the level of mechanical manufacturing and processing equipment directly determines the final quality of products and the economic benefits of enterprises.Therefore,the safety management and maintenance of mechanical manufacturing and processing equipment have attracted more and more attention from all walks of life and become an increasingly hot topic of discussion.In recent years,there are many problems in the management and maintenance of machining and manufacturing equipment in China,mainly including imperfect management system,lack of equipment use instructions,weak safety awareness of employees and weak ability of maintenance team,which restrict the further improvement of enterprise level to a great extent.In view of this,starting with the maintenance task of machining equipment,this paper puts forward five measures to analyze the management and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
