介绍了KYKY-EM3200扫描电镜的工作原理、优点,列举了在钢铁材料质量问题分析过程中,利用KYKY-EM3200扫描电镜结合能谱仪,在断口分析、夹杂物分析、金相组织分析、镀层质量分析、表面缺陷分析、大尺寸析出物分析等方面的实际应用实例。
This article briefly introduces the working principle and advantages of KYKY-EM3200 scanning electron microscope,and lists the use of KYKY-EM3200 scanning electron microscope combined with energy spectrometer in the analysis of steel material quality problems in fracture analysis,inclusion analysis,metallographic analysis,practical application examples in coating quality analysis,surface defect analysis,large-size precipitate analysis,etc.
