摘要
针对发电机爪极用钢HG08棒材表面易出现的翘皮、擦划伤、小凹坑、簇状小裂纹等质量问题,从轧制全流程各环节进行分析,通过更换部分出炉辊道、优化粗轧孔型及进出口导槽、优化步进冷床及收集链条控制参数、合理安排轧材堆垛等措施,有效解决了该钢种的表面质量问题,提升了棒材的表面质量。
In view of the quality problems of the surface of the steel HG08 bar used for the claw pole of the generator,such as warping,scratching,small pits and clusters of small cracks.In this paper,the surface quality of the steel is effectively improved by replacing part of the furnace delivery table,optimizing the rough rolling pass design and the guide of rolling mill,optimizing the stepping cold bed and the collection chain control parameters,arranging the stacking of rolling material reasonably,etc.
