冷轧数控轧辊磨床对刀故障原因分析及对策

摘要 轧辊,是冷轧轧机的重要组成部分,在生产过程中作为可重复性利用的大型工具,需要根据相关工艺技术要求下机修磨,满足轧制工艺对轧辊表面质量的要求。对刀,是指在轧辊修磨时通过逐步移动砂轮,从而在砂轮与轧辊之间形成预定接触压力的过程;如果对刀参数偏差超出范围,可能引起轧辊表面烧伤的质量缺陷和砂轮的异常消耗,不利于生产成本的控制。重点介绍数控磨床对刀的基本原理,并通过分析各个相关因素的组成及其偏差的形成原因,提出有效的技术改善措施,致力于降低数控磨床对刀的故障次数,有效控制轧辊和砂轮的异常消耗,为高质量低成本的板带生产提供技术保障。 Grind rolls are the main component of cold mill,and as a reusable large tool,it has to be offline-grinded according to the process requirements,so it satisfies the surface quality requirements of grind rolls in roll process.Wheel approach means that the wheel moves forward step by step until the default pressure between wheel and grind roll is attained.If the deviation of parameters for wheel approach are out of range,it may causes the surface burns defects of grind rolls and abnormal consumption of wheels,so it goes against the control of production costs.The article mainly introduces the principle of wheel approach,analyses the related elements and their mechanism of formation,so finally we propose the effective technical improvement measures to reduce the failure frequency of wheel approach and get effective cost control of the grind rolls and wheels,provide the technical supports for trip production of high quality and low cost.
