转炉连铸连轧工艺生产高应力稳定杆用60Si2CrV弹簧钢实践

摘要 南钢采用转炉→LF→RH→连铸(250×300)→连轧→精整工艺生产的高应力稳定杆用60Si2CrV弹簧钢具有化学成分稳定、钢材氧含量低、低倍组织良好、夹杂物级别低、脱碳层深度小、表面质量好、尺寸精度高的特点,各项性能指标均满足用户要求;该工艺生产的60Si2CrV材料疲劳性能良好,应用于830 MPa应力级别稳定杆生产。 The 60Si2CrV spring steel for high stress stabilizer bar produced by converter→LF→RH→continuous casting(250×300)→continuous rolling→finishing process in Nanjing Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.has the characteristics of stable chemical composition,low oxygen content,good macrostructure,low inclusion level,small depth of decarburization layer,good surface quality and high dimension precision.All performance indexes meet the requirements of users.The 60Si2CrV material produced by this process has good fatigue performance and can be used in the production of 830 MPa stress level stabilizer bar.
