农业生产托管对新疆玉米种植户福利效应影响研究

Study on the Impact of Agricultural Production Trusteeship on the Welfare Effect of Corn Growers in Xinjiang

在对农业生产托管对农户福利效应影响理论分析的基础上,基于新疆地区415份玉米种植户的调研数据,运用内生转换模型,从农户家庭纯收入和玉米种植中的劳动强度两个方面探究了农业生产托管对玉米种植户福利效应的影响。结果表明:新疆地区玉米种植户的农业生产托管采用率偏低;不同农户选择农业生产托管服务在福利效应上具有群体异质性;农户个人特征、家庭禀赋和当地农户农业生产社会化服务采用率共同影响了农户托管行为的选择;农业生产托管服务能够提高农户家庭纯收入,降低农户劳动强度,提升农户福利水平。

Based on the theoretical analysis of the impact of agricultural production trusteeship on farmers′welfare effect,by referring to the survey data of 415 corn farmer households in Xinjiang,it used an enendogenous transformation model to elaborate on farmer household net income and corn planting labor intensity,this paper analyzed the impact of agricultural production trusteeship on corn farmer household welfare effects.The results showed that:The corn farmer households in Xinjiang had a low utilization rate of agricultural production trusteeship.Different farmers′choice of agricultural production trusteeship service had group heterogeneity in welfare effect.Farmer households′features,family aptitudes,and local farmer households′agricultural production social service utilization rates posed a joint impact on farmer households′selections of trusteeship.Agricultural production trusteeship could boost farmer household net income,reduce farmer household labor intensity,and improve farmer household welfares.
