加强西藏人口较少民族口述文献的收集,有利于保护人口较少民族的口述文化遗产,建构西藏人口较少民族的社会记忆,丰富特色馆藏建设,满足图书馆用户的多元文化需求。西藏人口较少民族口述文献的收集,应坚持针对性、计划性、系统性、真实性、全面性、标准性等原则,通过多种方法与途径收集与保护,包括收集散落在民间的口述文献,收集已公开的口述文献成果,接受捐赠或征集现有口述文献,与口述历史项目团队合作收集口述文献,策划口述历史项目,自主生成口述文献等。

Strengthening the collection of oral literature of ethnic groups with small population in Tibet isconducive to protecting the oral cultural heritage of the less populated ethnic groups,constructing the so-cial memory of these people,enriching the library construction of special collections,and satisfying themulti-cultural needs of library users.The collection of oral literatureofTibet's less populated ethnicgroups should adhere to the principles of relevance,planning,systematization,authenticity,comprehensive-ness,and standardization,and be collected and preserved through a variety of methods and approaches,in-cluding collecting oral literature scattered among the people,collecting the results of published oral litera-ture,accepting donations or collecting existing oral literature,collecting oral literature in cooperation withoral history teams,planning oral history projects,and generating oral literature independently,etc.
