乡村振兴背景下茶产业全面振兴之优化路径探索 被引量:6

摘要 为加快推进乡村振兴背景下茶产业的全面振兴,积极践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”的发展理念,笔者以广东省云浮市茶产业为例,分析了云浮茶产业近三年在省级各类评比中的竞争力,探讨了云浮茶产业发展中面临着省级重点农业龙头企业少、特色农产品优势区单一、品牌知名度不高等制约茶产业竞争力的困境。提出了振兴云浮茶产业的三大优化路径:1)发挥党建引领作用,强化茶叶类重点龙头企业的培育;2)立足资源禀赋,做大做强茶产业;3)从提升企业知名度、产品知名度、市场知名度三方面着手全面提升品牌竞争力和影响力,从而打牢乡村振兴的茶产业基础,让“绿水青山”转化成农业增效、农民增收、农村发展的“金山银山”。 In order to accelerate the overall revitalization of the tea industry under the background of rural revitalization and actively practice the development concept of“green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains”,taking the tea industry in Yunfu City,Guangdong Province as an example,the author analyzed the competitiveness of Yunfu tea industry in various provincial evaluations in recent three years;discussed some difficulties that restrict the competitiveness of Yunfu tea industry in the development of Yunfu tea industry:few provincial key agricultural leading enterprises,single advantageous area of characteristic agricultural products and low brand popularity.And put forward three optimization paths to revitalize Yunfu tea industry:1)give play to the guidance of party construction,strengthen the cultivation of key leading enterprises in tea industry;2)based on resource endowment,expand and strengthen the tea industry;3)comprehensively improve brand competitiveness and influence from three aspects of improving enterprise popularity,product popularity and market popularity,so as to lay a solid foundation for rural revitalization of tea industry,let the“green water and green mountains”be transformed into a“golden mountain and silver mountain”for agricultural efficiency,farmers’income and rural development.
