On the Problems and Countermeasures of Postgraduate Academic Ethics Construction

学术道德是社会道德的重要组成部分和研究生教育的重要内容。尽管学术道德建设不断升级加码,但学术失范现象仍时有发生。为了全面提升研究生学术道德建设水平,有效预防和根治学术失范顽疾,应进一步明确学术道德的内涵与外延,采取“政府-社会-高校-导师-研究生”五位一体战略布局,充分利用“大数据+互联网”技术,共建、共享、共管学术信息化平台,构建符合学术活动自身规律的综合治理体系。

Academic morality is an important part of social morality and an important content of graduate education.Although the construction of academic ethics is constantly upgraded,academic anomie still happens from time to time.In order to improve the level of academic ethics construction of graduate students,and to prevent and cure academic anomie effectively,it is necessary to make a clear definition of the connotation and denotation of academic morality,adopt the five-sphere strategic layout of“government-society-university-supervisor-postgraduate”,make full use of the“big data+Internet”technology,co-construct,share,and co-manage academic information platform,so as to build a comprehensive governance system in conformity with the principles of academic activities.
