“双一流”背景下教师职称与工作绩效关系的实证研究——基于全国60所高校2 160名教师的调查 被引量:2

摘要 专业技术人员职称高低是否必然与实际工作绩效正相关,这个问题在学界一直缺乏直接的相关数据论证。文章旨在探寻教师职称和实际工作绩效之间是否具有必然的相关性。研究发现,高级职称的教师在日常的工作绩效得分上高于初级和中级职称的教师,同时三者工作绩效的平均得分具有显著性差异,而中级职称与初级职称教师之间工作绩效的平均数也具有显著性差异。据此得出结论,拥有高级职称的教师工作绩效也较高,教师职称与实际工作绩效之间呈正相关。 Whether the level of professional and technical personnel s professional title is necessarily correlated positively with the actual work performance has been lacking of direct relevant data demonstration in the academic circle.This paper aims to explore whether there is an inevitable correlation between teacher titles and actual job performance.It is found that senior titles rank higher than primary and intermediate titles in daily job performance scores.Meanwhile,the average work performance scores of the three teachers are predominantly different,and the average work performance between intermediate titles and junior titles is also significantly different.Therefore,it is concluded that teachers with senior professional titles have higher job performance,and there is a positive correlation between teachers professional titles and actual job performance.
