建设原生开源生态,推动构筑网信领域技术创新网络

Developing an original open source ecosystem and promoting to build a technological innovation network of cyberspace and information technology

习近平总书记强调,网络信息技术是全球研发投入最集中、创新最活跃、应用最广泛、辐射带动作用最大的技术创新领域,是全球技术创新的竞争高地。《国家"十四五"规划和2035年远景目标纲要》提出支持数字技术开源社区等创新联合体发展。本文通过分析我国开源生态建设存在的问题,结合国际开源生态的建设经验和我国当前面临的局势,提出了建设本土原生开源生态,推动构筑技术创新网络的几点建议。

As stressed by General Secretary Xi Jinping,information technology is a technological innovation field with the most concentrated R&D investment,the most active innovation,the most extensive application and the largest radiation driving effect in the world.It is a competitive highland of global technological innovation.China's 14th Five-Year Plan and the Outline of the Vision and Goals for 2035 both support the development of digital technology open source communities and other innovative consortiums.In this paper,the current status of open-source ecosystem is analyzed,considering with the experience of global open-source ecosystem and the current international situation,some advice of original open-source for promoting to build a technological innovation network of information technology are promoted in China.
