柔性引才平台服务企业发展的实践研究——以浙江省湖州市为例 被引量:2

摘要 企业创新发展急需人才的引领和带动,为进一步深化科技与经济结合,促进人才与企业之间的合作与交流,本文以浙江湖州搭建的"院士之家""南太湖专家工作站""国际学术交流中心"等柔性引才平台为例,论述了湖州柔性引才平台建设的现状、总结了有益经验、分析了现存问题,并围绕问题提出了针对性的建议,以期为解决企业的柔性引才提供借鉴。 The innovative development of enterprises is in urgent need of the leading and driving of talents.In order to further deepen the integration of science and technology with economy and promote the cooperation and exchanges between talents and enterprises,in this paper,flexible talent introduction platforms such as"Academician's Home","South Taihu Lake Expert Workstation"and"International Academic Exchange Center"set up in Huzhou,Zhejiang Province,are taken as examples.This paper discusses the current situation of Huzhou flexible talent platform construction,summarizes the useful experience,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward targeted suggestions in response to the problems,in the hope to provide reference for solving the problem of flexible talent introduction in enterprises.
