非沥青自粘卷材与预铺反粘式防水组合体系在底板防水工程中的应用

Application of Combined System of Non-asphalt Self-adhesive Membrane and Pre-laid Reverse Adhered Waterproofing Layer in Floor Waterproofing Works

结合金华市婺城区某办公用房项目,针对地下室底板防水工程高质保设计要求,介绍了非沥青基强力交叉膜自粘高分子防水卷材与预铺式丁基自粘防水卷材相结合的防水体系。分析了该防水体系和所用材料的性能优势,并对施工工艺进行了介绍。

Combined with an office building project in Wucheng District,Jinhua City,and with regards to the high warranty design requirements for basement floor waterproofing engineering,the article introduces a combined waterproofing system of non-asphalt strong cross laminated film reinforced self-adhesive polymer waterproofing membrane and pre-laid butyl self-adhesive waterproofing membrane.The performance advantages of the waterproofing system and the materials used are analyzed,and the construction technology is introduced as well.
