摘要
以22MnB5超高强钢U型件为例,建立热冲压有限元模型,通过DEFORMV11.0软件对其热成型过程板料的形变过程、温度场分布特点进行仿真分析,结果显示:热冲压成型过程中不同位置板料温度变化不均匀,成型过程中板料的侧壁冷却速度较快,成型过程中的凹模和凸模的不同位置温度变化也不均匀,与板料接触最大的凸模温度变化更加明显。
Taking the U-shaped part of 22MnB5 ultra-high-strength steel as an example,a finite element model of hot stamping was established.The DEFORMV11.0 software was used to simulate the deformation process and the temperature field distribution of the sheet during hot forming.The results show that the temperature of the sheet varies withthe different locations in the hot stamping process.The side wall of the sheet cools faster.Meanwhile,the temperature changes in the different positions of the concave mold and the convex mold are not uniform.The temperature change of the punch with the largest contact with the sheet is more obvious.
