酸掺杂聚苯胺在轻合金防腐涂层中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 聚苯胺作为一种性能优异的导电聚合物,近年来被广泛应用于轻合金防腐领域,但由于聚苯胺的分子链骨架刚性较强,在常规的有机溶剂中溶解性较差,因此研究者们采用多种方式对聚苯胺进行改性以提高其应用性能,其中质子酸掺杂的聚苯胺改性方式以其独特的可逆脱掺杂机制引起了广泛关注。介绍了聚苯胺防腐机理以及酸掺杂机理,综述了近年来酸掺杂聚苯胺在镁、铝轻合金上的腐蚀防护研究进展,指出了酸掺杂聚苯胺中的酸根离子与聚苯胺对金属的协同缓蚀作用。 Polyaniline(PANI)has been widely used in the field of light alloys corrosion protection in recent years because of its excellent performance as a kind of conducting polymers.But because of the PANI chain skeleton strong rigidity and poor solubility in conventional organic solvents,so the researchers used a variety of methods to improve its application properties.The modification of PANI doped by proton acid has attracted the attention of researchers for its unique reversible dedoping mechanism.The anti-corrosion mechanism and acid doping mechanism of PANI were introduced.The corrosion protection of acid doped PANI on magnesium and aluminum light alloys was reviewed.The synergistic corrosion inhibition effect of acid ion and PANI on metals was pointed out.
