摘要
利用水热法制备了碳球,以碳球为模板合成出NiO和Co_(3)O_(4)/NiO纳米球状负极材料,对其储锂性能进行对比分析。通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、热重(TG)、氮气等温吸脱附(BET)、蓝电测试系统及电化学工作站对两种材料分别进行表征和分析。结果显示,当电流密度为100mA/g时,Co_(3)O_(4)/NiO负极材料的首次放电比容量为1142mAh/g,循环100次后放电比容量仍稳定在770mAh/g,库伦效率接近100%。证明Co_(3)O_(4)/NiO电极材料具有良好的电化学性能,有望应用在锂离子电池负极材料中。
Carbon spheres were prepared by hydrothermal method,and anode materials of NiO and Co_(3)O_(4)/NiO nanospheres were synthesized by using carbon spheres as templates,and compared and analyzed their electrochemical properties.The both materials were characterized and analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),Brunner-Emmet-Teller(BET)and LAND test system and electrochemical workstation,respectively.The results showed that when the current density was 100mA·g^(-1),the first discharge specific capacity of the Co_(3)O_(4)/NiO anode material was 1142mA·h·g^(-1),and the specific discharge capacity remained stable at about 770mA·h·g^(-1) after 100cycles,and the columbic efficiency was close to 100%.The results shown that the Co_(3)O_(4)/NiO had good electrochemical properties,and expected to be used in the anode materials of lithium ion battery.
