Ag_(x)O/GO复合物在防腐、抑菌性涂层中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 在碱性条件(pH=13)下,利用强氧化剂制备出具有两种价态的Ag_(x)O,并将其与氧化石墨烯(GO)共混形成Ag_(x)O/GO,以用作丁苯橡胶(SBR)的功能性填料。研究表明,Ag_(x)O/GO/SBR的I_(corr)值仅为2.2×10^(-7) A/cm^(2),小于SBR(1.0×10^(-5) A/cm^(2))和GO/SBR涂层(4.6×10^(-7) A/cm^(2)),且电荷转移阻抗值增大,表现出良好的防腐性能。抑菌测试表明,Ag_(x)O/GO/SBR涂层对Ec.oli的抑菌率达到87.4%,这归因于Ag_(x)O中释放的Ag^(+)和Ag^(3+)具有高效抑菌性能。因此,Ag_(x)O/GO/SBR是一种具有防腐蚀及抑菌能力的多功能性涂层。 In alkaline condition(pH=13),silver oxide(Ag_(x)O)with two valence states was prepared by using strong oxidant.And the product was blended with graphene oxide(GO)to form Ag_(x)O/GO composites that were then appiled as functional fillers in styrene butadiene rubber(SBR).Studies shown that the I_(corr) value of Ag_(x)O/GO/SBL was only 2.2×10^(-7) A/cm^(2),which was lower than that of GO/SBL(4.6×10^(-7) A/cm^(2))and SBL(1.0×10^(-5) A/cm^(2)),and the value of charge transfer impedance increased,indicating better anticorrosion ability.From the antibacterial experiment,the bacteriostatic efficiency of Ag_(x)O/GO/SBR coatings against E.coliattains 87.4%,which was attributed to the high-efficiency bacteriostatic performance of Ag^(+) and Ag^(3+) released from Ag_(x)O.Therefore,Ag_(x)O/GO/SBR was a multifunctional coating with anticorrosion and antibacterial properties.
