摘要
采用CCF800H碳纤维和AC631双马树脂,制备了2种规格的预浸料及其复合材料,结合碳纤维微观形貌、起毛量及复合材料90°拉伸断面形貌等分析结果,对2种规格复合材料的性能进行了对比研究。结果表明:预浸料纤维面密度为133g/m^(2)、树脂质量分数为33%的AC631/CCF800H复合材料(样品2)力学性能整体优于预浸料纤维面密度为145g/m^(2)、树脂质量分数为35%的复合材料(样品1),样品2的0°拉伸强度比样品1高7.03%,层间剪切强度比样品1高9.09%,冲击后压缩强度比样品1高5.98%;样品2的树脂富集区较少,树脂分布更均匀,有效提高了复合材料的力学性能。
Two kinds of prepreg and composites were prepared by CCF800 H carbon fiber and AC631 bismaleimide resin.The properties of two composites were compared and discussed combining the results including micro morphology,feather amount of carbon fiber and fracture surface morphology of composite’s 90°tensile strength.The results indicated that mechanical properties of AC631/CCF800 Hcomposites with 133 g/m^(2) prepreg fiber mass,33 wt% resin mass content(Type 2)were better than AC631/CCF800 Hcomposites with 145 g/m^(2) prepreg fiber mass,35 wt% resin mass content(Type 1).Compared with Type 1,0°unidirectional tensile strength,inter-laminar shear strength and compressive strength after impact of Type 2 were increased by 7.03%,9.09%,and 5.98%separately.The resin concentration area of Type 2 was smaller and the resin distribution was more uniform,which effectively improved the mechanical properties of the composites.
