摘要
人类对于木材的使用已有数千年历史,木质材料仍然是建筑材料中的一种重要组成部分。通常使用涂料对木构件进行保护处理。纳米材料的发展使木材涂料性能得到了进一步的拓展。纳米氧化物的加入,在不改变木材纹理和材色的前提下,增强了木材对紫外线的抵抗能力,使木材漆膜具有更高的抗划伤和磨损能力。同时,纳米材料引入漆膜中赋予木材更高的附加值和更广阔的应用场景。综述了近年来纳米材料在木器漆膜中应用的研究进展,包括纳米填料对木材抗紫外性能的影响;纳米填料对木材漆膜硬度、吸湿性及其他性能的影响;木材表面纳米材料的不同形态。
Wood have been used for thousands of years,and are still an important part of building materials.Wood products are usually protected by paintings.The development of nanomaterials further expands the properties of wood coatings.The addition of nanometer oxide,without changing the texture and color of wood,enhances the resistance of wood to ultraviolet ray,and makes wood paintings more resistant to scratch and wear.At the same time,the introduction of nanomaterials into painting gives wood higher added value and wider application.The research progress of nanomaterials in wood paintings in recent years were reviewed,including the effect of nanomaterials on UV resistance of wood,effects of nanofiller on hardness moisture absorption and other properties of wood paintings,different forms of wood surface nanomaterials.
