Change or Not Change:Probing into the Centennial Evolution and System of CPC’s Ethnic Policy

文章梳理了中国共产党民族政策演进的百年历程及成功经验。20世纪20年代以来,中国共产党始终恪守民族政策的根本原则、基本手段、基本政策和根本立场,成为党的民族政策百年演进的主旋律,又在紧密结合中国多民族的现实国情下,在政治、经济、文化、社会、生态文明等领域促进党的民族政策,做到与时俱进。在变与不变中,毫不动摇地坚持中国共产党的领导、坚决贯彻民族政策基本内容、不断铸牢中华民族共同体意识和统筹推进"五位一体"总体布局,是将中国共产党民族政策推向前进的必要条件,为各民族"共同团结奋斗、共同繁荣发展"注入动力源泉。

This paper combs the centennial process and successful experience of the evolution of the ethnic policy of the Communist Party of China. Since the 1920 s,the Communist Party of China has adhered to the fundamental principles,basic means,basic policies and fundamental positions of the ethnic policy,which has become the main melody of the Centennial evolution of the Party’s ethnic policy. In close combination with the realistic country conditions of China’s multiethnic groups,the Communist Party of China has promoted the party’s ethnic policy to keep pace with the times in the fields of politics,economy,culture,society and ecological civilization. In the process of changing,adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,resolutely implementing the basic contents of the ethnic policy,constantly fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation and comprehensively promoting the overall layout of the five in one,are the necessary conditions for advancing the ethnic policy of the Communist Party of China and injecting a source of power into the unity and shared prosperity of all Chinese people.
