尼麦角林联合疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的效果分析

Effect of Niergoline and Shuxuetong Injection on Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的分析尼麦角林联合疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法简单随机选取2018年1月—2020年1月该院收治的急性脑梗死患者60例,随机分组,对照组患者给予尼麦角林治疗,观察组给予疏血通注射液联合尼麦角林治疗。比较治疗前后两组患者美国国立卫生院神经损害(NIHSS)评分以及巴氏指数(BI)评定结果、急性脑梗死治疗总有效率。结果治疗前两组病患美国国立卫生院神经损害NIHSS评分以及巴氏指数BI评定结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的NIHSS评分(8.05±1.23)分低于对照组(12.32±2.02)分,BI指数(86.65±3.93)分高于对照组(71.13±1.74)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.889、19.778,P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液联合尼麦角林治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果确切,可有效减轻患者的神经损害程度,改善其自理能力,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of niergoline combined with Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Simple random select 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with nimergoline,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Shuxuetong injection combined with nimergoline.The results of NIHSS score and Pap index BI evaluation of the US National Institutes of Health and the total effective rate of acute cerebral infarction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in NIHSS score and Pap index BI evaluation results between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score(8.05±1.23)points in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(12.32±2.02)points,and Pap index BI(86.65±3.93)points was higher than that in the control group(71.13±1.74)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.889,19.778,P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 70.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05).Conclusion Shuxuetong injection combined with nicergoline has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which can effectively reduce the patient's nerve damage and improve their self-care ability.It is worthy of promotion.
