热毒宁联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病60例临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Reduning Combined with Ribavirin in the Treatment of 60 Children with Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease

目的探讨分析利巴韦林联合热毒宁治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法方便选取2018年1月—2019年6月该院收治60例小儿手足口病患儿,按照双色球分组法将其分为对照组及观察组,对照组30例给予常规抗感染、抗病毒、清热解毒等对症治疗,观察组30例给予利巴韦林联合热毒宁治疗,比较分析两组治疗有效率、发热缓解时间、疱疹消失时间、腹痛缓解时间、食欲改善时间、平均治愈时间等指标。结果观察组与对照组的治疗有效率分别为96.67%和73.33%,观察组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P=0.030)。观察组的发热缓解时间、疱疹消失时间、腹痛缓解时间、食欲改善时间、平均治愈时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间,均无明显不良反应发生。结论小儿手足口病患儿联合应用热毒宁与利巴韦林治疗,临床治疗效果理想。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of ribavirin combined with Reduning in the treatment of children with hand foot mouth disease.Methods A total of 60 children with HFMD admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were convenient selected and divided into control group and observation group according to bicolor grouping method,control group 30 cases given routine anti-infection,antiviral,qingrejiedu,such as symptomatic treatment,observation group of 30 cases give ribavirin in combination with toxic heat treatment.The effective rate,fever relief time,herpes disappearance time,abdominal pain relief time,appetite improvement time,average cure time and other indicators of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 96.67%and 73.33%,respectively.The observation group was larger than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P=0.030).The fever relief time,herpes disappearance time,abdominal pain relief time,appetite improvement time and average cure time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,there were no significant adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Children with hand,foot and mouth disease combined with Reduning and ribavirin treatment,the clinical effect is ideal.
