产后康复护理对于产妇泌乳状况及生活质量的改善作用

The Effect of Postpartum Rehabilitation Nursing on the Lactation Status and Quality of Life of Parturients

目的分析在产妇中采取产后康复护理对泌乳状况和生活质量的改善作用。方法研究对象均方便选取2019年6月—2020年6月在该院分娩的200名产妇。通过随机数表法设为两组,将采取常规护理的100名产妇作为对照组,将采取产后康复护理的100名产妇作为观察组。比较分析两组产妇泌乳情况和盆底肌恢复情况;调查两组产妇护理前后生活质量和心理状态;通过自制满意度问卷表调查两组产妇护理满意度。结果在泌乳优良率上,观察组96.00%相较对照组78.00%明显更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.324,P<0.001)。对比两组产妇盆底肌恢复良好率,观察组96.00%相较对照组62.00%明显更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=34.840,P<0.001)。观察组干预后SAS、SDS评分上均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在生理机能、精神健康、心理状态、社会关系评分上,观察组护理后相较对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组产妇护理总满意率,观察组93.00%相较对照组76.00%明显更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.033,P=0.001)。结论产后康复护理应用于产妇中,有利于改善泌乳状况,促进盆底功能恢复,提升生活质量,产妇满意度较高,具有良好的临床推广意义。

Objective Analyze the effect of postpartum rehabilitation nursing on lactation status and quality of life in parturients.Methods The study subjects were conveniently selected from 200 women who gave birth in the hospital from June 2019 to June 2020.Two groups were set by the random number table method.100 parturients who took regular care were used as the control group,and 100 parturients who took postpartum rehabilitation care were used as the observation group.A comparative analysis of the lactation and pelvic muscle recovery of the two groups of parturients was made;the quality of life and mental state of the two groups of parturients before and after nursing were investigated;Results In terms of lactation excellent rate,96.00%in the observation group was significantly higher than 78.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.324,P<0.001).Comparing the good recovery rate of pelvic floor muscles between the two groups,96.00%in the observation group was significantly higher than 62.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=34.840,P<0.001).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,mental health,psychological state,and social relationship in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the overall satisfaction rate of maternal care between the two groups,93.00%of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group 76.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.033,P=0.001).Conclusion The application of postpartum rehabilitation nursing to parturients is beneficial to improve the lactation status,promote the recovery of pelvic floor function,and improve the quality of life.The satisfaction of the parturients is high,which has good clinical promotion significance.
