手术室护士个性化护理对外科手术患者的应用效果探究实践

The Application Effect of Nurses'Personalized Nursing in Operating Room on Surgical Patients

目的分析手术室护士为外科手术患者提供个性化护理的价值。方法方便选取于2018年11月—2020年11月间入治于莆田学院附属医院手术室患者,共计外科手术患者86例。以随机法分为A组44例,手术室护士予以个性化护理;B组42例,手术室护士予以常规护理。对比护理整体效果。结果术前与术后,A组患者的心率、血压以及呼吸等体征水平均低于B组;A组的下床活动时间更短,住院天数更短,且术后1 d的疼痛评分更低,对比于B组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,A组的焦虑以及抑郁评分均较B组显著性降低,且A组的护理满意度总值为95.45%,B组总值为78.57%;A组的并发症概率为4.55%,B组为21.43%,对比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.491、5.491,P<0.05)。结论为外科手术患者执行个性化护理能够防止术中生命体征大幅波动,且能缩短术后治疗周期,缓解痛感和负面情绪,具有较高的认可度。

Objective To analyze the value of operating room nurses in providing personalized care for surgical patients.Methods 86 surgical patient admitted to the operating room of the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from November 2018 to November 2020 were conveniently selected.Based on the random method,there were 44 cases in group A,and the operating room nurses provided personalized care;in group B,42 cases,the operating room nurses provided routine care.Compared the overall effect of care.Results Before and after surgery,the heart rate,blood pressure,and breathing levels of group A were lower than those of group B;group A had shorter time to get out of bed,shorter hospital stays,and lower pain scores on the first day after surgery.Compared with the data of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After care,the anxiety and depression scores of group A were significantly lower than those of group B,and the total value of nursing satisfaction in group A was 95.45%,and the total value of group B was 78.57%;the probability of complications in group A was 4.55%,B group was 21.43%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.491,5.491,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of personalized care for surgical patients can prevent large fluctuations in vital signs during surgery,shorten the postoperative treatment cycle,relieve pain and negative emotions,and has a high degree of recognition.
