摘要
目的探究手指肌腱损伤显微缝合术后进行功能锻炼价值,为临床中合理制定锻炼方案提供参考。方法方便选取于该院2018年6月—2020年6月收治的72例手指肌腱损伤行显微缝合术治疗患者,展开前瞻性研究。以随机信封法将所有患者分入参照组、研究组,各36例,分别予以常规指关节锻炼、术后功能锻炼,均持续护理3个月,观察两组患者总指关节活动度(TAM)达标率、康复效果满意度、日常生活能力评分(ADL),综合评价术后功能锻炼的价值。结果研究组TAM达标率94.44%,高于参照组的69.44%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.604,P<0.05);研究组康复效果满意度94.44%,高于参照组的72.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.400,P<0.05);锻炼前,研究组ADL评分(30.05±2.57)分,与参照组(30.11±2.49)分相近,差异无统计学意义(t=0.101,P>0.05);锻炼后,研究组ADL评分(15.86±2.34)分,低于参照组(21.49±2.87)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.122,P<0.001)。结论手指肌腱损伤显微缝合术后进行功能锻炼,可以提升总指关节活动度,提升患者的康复满意度,并改善患者的日常生活能力,具有推广应用价值。
Objective To explore the value of functional exercise after microsuture of finger tendon injury,so as to provide a reference for the reasonable exercise program in clinical practice.Methods From June 2018 to June 2020,72 cases of finger tendon injuries underwent micro-suturing treatment in the hospital were conveniently selected,and a prospective study was carried out.All patients were divided into the reference group and the study group by the random envelope method,36 cases in each group.Routine knuckle exercises and postoperative functional exercises were given respectively.Both continued nursing for 3 months.The total knuckle range of motion(TAM),compliance rate,satisfaction with rehabilitation effect,ability of daily living(ADL)of the two groups was observed,comprehensive evaluation of the value of postoperative functional exercise.Results The TAM compliance rate of the study group was 94.44%,which was higher than 69.44%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.604,P<0.05);the rehabilitation effect satisfaction rate of the study group was 94.44%,which was higher than 72.22%of the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.400,P<0.05);before exercise,the ADL score of the study group(30.05±2.57)points was similar to that of the reference group(30.11±2.49)points,and the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.101,P>0.05);after exercise,the ADL score of the study group(15.86±2.34)points was lower than that of the reference group(21.49±2.87)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.122,P<0.001).Conclusion Functional exercise after microsuture of finger tendon injury can improve the total knuckle range of motion,improve the patients'satisfaction with rehabilitation,and improve the patients'ability to live a daily life,which has the value of popularization and application.
