针对性护理对冠心病合并高血压老年患者血脂相关指标的改善研究

Study on the Improvement of Related Indexes of Blood Lipids in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Hypertension by Targeted Nursing

目的针对性护理对冠心病合并高血压老年患者血脂相关指标的改善研究。方法设置2017年12月—2019年12月为研究时间段,方便选取在该院接受治疗的老年冠心病合并高血压患者128例作为此次研究样本,结合患者治疗期间采取护理干预措施的不同,将这128例患者分别归入常规组(n=64)和研究组(n=64),予以患者常规护理以及针对性护理干预。分析两组患者实施护理后的血压水平、血脂指标、心功能指标、护理满意度。结果研究组患者护理后的血压水平、血脂指标均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.035、24.729、3.019、5.433、17.057,P<0.001);研究组患者心功能指标优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.804、7.751、3.830,P<0.001);研究组护理满意度96.87%相比于常规组84.37%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.885,P<0.05)。结论在老年冠心病合并高血压患者护理中实施针对性护理,可针对患者病情发挥显著的效用,患者的血压以及血脂水平得到了更好的改善,心功能更加稳定,护理满意度更高,应用价值显著,因此,针对性护理可作为推荐干预模式在冠心病合并高血压老年患者临床护理中推广、应用。

Objective To study the improvement of related indexes of blood lipids in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension by targeted nursing.Methods The study time period was set from December 2017 to December 2019.During this period,128 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension who were convenience selected in the hospital were used as the sample data of this study,combined with the different nursing intervention measures taken during the treatment of patients,the 128 patients were classified into the routine group(n=64)and the study group(n=64),and were given routine care and targeted nursing intervention.Analyze the blood pressure level,blood lipid index,heart function index and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients after nursing.Results The blood pressure level and blood lipid indexes of the study group were better than those of the routine group after nursing,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.035,24.729,3.019,5.433,17.057,P<0.001);the index of heart function of the study group was better than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.804,7.751,3.830,P<0.001);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.87%higher than that of the routine group 84.37%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.885,P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing targeted care in the care of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension can play a significant role in the patient's condition.The patient's blood pressure and blood lipid levels have been better improved,heart function is more stable,and nursing satisfaction is higher.The application value is significant.Therefore,targeted nursing can be used as a recommended intervention mode to promote and apply in the clinical nursing of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension.
