中药沙袋热敷联合穴位贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Treatment of Patients with Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation by Combination of Sandbag Hot Compress with Chinese Medicine and Acupoint Application

目的探究中药沙袋热敷联合穴位贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床效果。方法随机选取2020年1月—2021年2月该院治疗的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者,对其进行随机分组,分为观察组和对照组,各有30例。所以患者均给予常规治疗和护理措施,对照组患者予以中药沙袋热敷治疗,观察组患者予以中药沙袋热敷联合穴位贴敷治疗。针对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行综合对比分析。结果两组患者经治疗后,观察组患者的总治疗有效率(96.67%)显著高于对照组患者的总治疗有效率(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.880,P=0.015);观察组患者VAS评分、JOA评分及ODI评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论中药沙袋热敷联合穴位贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者能够提高临床疗效,缓解患者疼痛症状,提高生活质量,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine sandbag hot compress combined with acupoint application on patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods Random selected 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation in the hospital from January 2020 to February 2021,randomly divided them into observation group and control group,each with 30 cases.Therefore,the patients were given conventional treatment and nursing measures.The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine sandbag hot compress,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine sandbag hot compress combined with acupoint application.A comprehensive comparative analysis of the clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results After the two groups of patients were treated,the total treatment effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.880,P=0.015);the VAS score,JOA score and ODI score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine sandbag hot compress combined with acupoint application can improve the clinical efficacy,relieve the pain and improve the quality of life in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.It is worthy of clinical application.
