摘要
甲状腺癌是全球常见的内分泌恶性肿瘤,其中甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)发病率最高,约占整个甲状腺癌总数的80%以上。MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是一类短链非编码小RNA,在包括PTC在内的多种实体中存在异常表达。明确不同miRNAs差异表达与PTC的关系,可阐明miRNAs在PTC临床诊断、预后评估中的作用,对于寻找早期诊断及临床治疗新靶点均具有重要作用。该文将综述miRNAs在PTC中的最新研究成果,拟为探究miRNAs在PTC中的作用及寻找临床干预新靶点提供参考。
Thyroid cancer is a common endocrine malignancy worldwide,of which papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC)has the highest incidence,accounting for more than 80%of the total thyroid cancer.MicroRNAs(miRNAs),a class of short non-coding small RNAs,play an important regulatory role in the occurrence and development of cancer,and are abnormally expressed in a variety of cancers,including PTC.To clarify the relationship between the differential expression of miRNAs and the occurrence and development of PTC,and to clarify the role of miRNAs in the clinical diagnosis,prognosis assessment and recurrence prediction of PTC,is of great importance in the search for early diagnosis and new targets for clinical treatment.This article will review the latest research results of miRNAs in PTC,aiming to provide reference for exploring the role of miRNAs in PTC and looking for new clinical intervention targets.
