目的总结刘德玉教授40余年从医从教学术经验。方法通过跟师学习、医案整理、科研成果挖掘,剖析其学术思想。结果刘老根据多年的临床经验,针对骨质疏松症,创新性提出“从虚、瘀论治”的概念,认为骨质疏松症主要病机为肾虚、脾虚,兼夹血瘀;治疗原则为补益肝肾、健脾活血、通络止痛、辨病、辨证与辨位结合。结论刘老传承“关中李氏骨伤流派”思想不泥于古,在批判中继承,融合中西,坚持在骨伤领域实践并推荐中医药现代思想,为传承发展“关中李氏骨伤流派”作出了重大的贡献。

Objective To summarize Professor LIU Deyu's experience in medicine and teaching for more than 40 years.Methods His academic thoughts were analyzed through his study with teachers,sorting out medical records and mining scientific research achievements.Results According to many years of clinical experience,LIU creatively put forward the concept of“treatment from deficiency and blood stasis”for osteoporosis.He believed that the main pathogenesis of osteoporosis was kidney deficiency,spleen deficiency and blood stasis;The treatment principle is:tonifying the liver and kidney,invigorating the spleen and activating blood circulation,dredging collaterals and relieving pain,distinguishing diseases,combining syndrome differentiation with position differentiation.Conclusion LIU inherits the thought of“Guanzhong Li's bone injury school”,inherits it in criticism,integrates Chinese medicine and the west,adheres to the practice in the field of bone injury and recommends the modern thought of traditional Chinese medicine,and has made great contributions to the inheritance and development of“Guanzhong Li's bone injury school”.
