国医大师郭诚杰针刺治疗肝郁气滞型乳癖病取穴规律

Analysis on The Law of Acupoint Selection of GUO Chengjie National Medical Master's Acupuncture in The Treatment of Breast Disease with Liver Depression and Qi Stagnation

目的根据郭诚杰国医大师的门诊电子病历,挖掘分析郭教授针刺治疗肝郁气滞型的乳癖病的取穴及组方规律。方法应用医院HIS+门诊系统导出227份病历医嘱信息,通过双份独立录入校对并整理,从选穴所属经络和配穴组方上分析郭教授取穴经验及组穴规律。结果对筛选出来的65例典型处方进行整理,发现合谷、屋翳、乳根、肩井、天宗、肝俞和三阴交等穴位应用最广;“胸组穴”和“背组穴”等组方交替使用频次最多。结论郭诚杰国医大师针刺治疗肝郁气滞型的乳癖病合谷、屋翳、乳根三穴与天宗、肝俞、肩井三穴交替使用,兼有月经不调加三阴交穴,兼肝火盛者加太冲穴。

Objective According to the outpatient electronic medical record of GUO Chengjie,a national master of Chinese medicine,to excavate and analyze the law of acupoint selection and prescription formation of Professor GUO's acupuncture in the treatment of breast disease of liver depression and Qi stagnation type.Methods 227 medical records and doctor's orders were derived from the hospital's HIS+outpatient system,which were recorded and sorted out independently.Professor GUO's experience in selecting acupoints and the law of acupoint group were analyzed from the meridians and acupoint matching formula.Results 65 typical prescriptions were sorted out.It was found that Hegu,Wuyi,Rugen,Jianjing,Tianzong,Ganshu and Sanyinjiao were the most widely used acupoints;“Chest group acupoints”and“back group acupoints”are used alternately most frequently.Conclusion GUO Chengjie,a national master of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture is used alternately at Hegu,Wuyi and Rugen points and Tianzong,Ganshu and Jianjing points in the treatment of breast disease of liver depression and Qi stagnation type.There are irregular menstruation plus Sanyinjiao point and Taichong point for those with liver fire.
