摘要
随着我国的城市化发展不断推进,许多设计建造年代稍早的既有建筑已不能符合新的标准规范,还有一些建筑的用途发生了改变,都需要进行加固改造。将BIM技术应用于加固改造工程中,凭借其数字化、可视化、协调性、模拟性等技术特点,优化改善传统设计中的低效问题,显著提升工程效益。本文通过实例研究BIM技术在既有建筑结构加固设计中的应用,扩展BIM技术在实际项目中的应用经验,为该领域信息化发展提供参考。
Nowadays,many existing buildings designed and built earlier can hardly meet the new standards,and some buildings have changed their purposes,which need to be reinforced and transformed with the development of urbanization in our country.Applying BIM technology into reinforcement and reconstruction projects,to solve the inefficient problems in traditional way by its advantages such as digitization,visualization,coordination,stimulation and so on,and improve the engineering benefit significantly.This paper expands the application experience of BIM technology in practical projects,and provides reference for the information development by studying the application in the reinforcement design of existing buildings.
