益气化瘀通络方口服辅助治疗气虚血瘀型复发性盆腔炎性疾病患者的疗效评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Yiqi Huayu Tongluo Decoction in the Treatment of Recurrent Pelvic Inflammatory Disease of Qi-Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

目的评价益气化瘀通络方口服辅助治疗气虚血瘀型复发性盆腔炎性疾病(PID)患者的疗效。方法选取我院收治的气虚血瘀型复发性PID患者114例作为研究对象(2020年1月~2021年3月期间),依据随机数字表法分成研究组与对照组,各57例。对照组接受左氧氟沙星治疗,研究组基于对照组辅以益气化瘀通络方治疗,统计对比两组疗效以及治疗前、治疗2周疼痛度(下腰痛、腰骶痛)、血液流变学(全血高切、全血中切、全血低切)、Toll样受体/人髓样分化因子88(TLRS/MyD88)免疫通路有关因子表达(TLR2蛋白、TLR4蛋白、MyD88)。结果研究组治疗总有效率(87.72%)高于对照组(64.91%,P<0.05);治疗2周研究组腰骶痛、下腰痛VAS评分少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2周研究组全血高切、全血中切、全血低切少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2周研究组TLR2蛋白、TLR4蛋白、MyD88少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气化瘀通络方口服辅助治疗气虚血瘀型复发性PID患者时,可提高治疗效果,改善下腰痛、腰骶痛,优化血液流变学,并改善免疫功能。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of Yiqi Huayu Tongluo decoction in the treatment of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type recurrent pelvic inflammatory disease(PID).METHODS 114 cases of recurrent PID patients with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis in our hospital were selected as the research objects(from January 2020 to March 2021),and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 57 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin,and the study group was based on the control group supplemented with Yiqi Huayu Tongluo decoction.The efficacy of the two groups,as well as the pain level(low back pain,lumbosacropain)before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,hemorheology(whole blood hypercut,whole blood medium cut,whole blood hypocut),expression of immune pathway related factors(TLR2 protein,TLR4 protein,MyD88)were statistically compared between the two groups.RESULTS The total effective rate of the study group was(87.72%)higher than that of the control group(64.91%,P<0.05).The VAS scores of lumbosacral pain and low back pain in the study group after 2 weeks treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the study group with 2 weeks treatment,high blood cut,middle blood cut and low blood cut were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proteins of TLR2,TLR4 and MyD88 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Yiqi Huayu Tongluo decoction can improve the therapeutic effect,improve low back pain and lumbococcral pain,optimize the hemorheology and improve the immune function when it is used for the adjuvant treatment of recurrent PID patients with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type.
