小型二缸机用增压系统的开发及匹配研究

摘要 针对小型二缸柴油发动机排气为不连续脉冲的特点采用脉冲转换器配合脉冲涡轮的技术方案,综合考虑排气管、脉冲转换器、涡轮机、压气机等多个环节进行增压系统的设计,开发了小型二缸机增压系统。发动机的台架匹配试验表明该增压系统性能良好,能够充分满足小型二缸机实际应用的要求。 According to the features of discontinuous exhaust pulse of small two-cylinder diesel engine,the technical scheme with pulse converter and pulse turbine is adopted,and the turbo-charging system for small two-cylinder diesel engine is developed on the basis of comprehensive consideration of exhaust pipe,pulse converter,turbine,compressor and others. The engine matching test shows that the turbine charging system has good performance and can fully meet the application requirements of the small two-cylinder engine.
