摘要
针对使用中置控制阀式可变气门正时系统(VVT)的发动机在特定转速区间波动变大的现象,对比了侧置控制阀式VVT和中置控制阀式VVT的不同技术特点,研究了侧置控制阀式VVT不波动而中置控制阀式VVT波动变大的原因,提出了解决波动变大的多种策略,验证了使用策略后的效果。
In view of the phenomenon that the phase of the engine with the center control valve VVT fluctuates greatly at a specific speed range,it compares the different technical characteristics of the side control valve VVT and the center control valve VVT,finds out the reasons why the side control valve VVT does not fluctuate but the center control valve VVT fluctuates greatly,puts forward many strategies to solve the problem,and shows the results after using the strategies.
