摘要 阐述了内燃机智能尾气控制系统的关键部件曲轴箱废气传感器及其原理。用曲轴箱废气传感器判断内燃机的无端隙活塞环、缸套磨损到无端隙活塞环两端是否脱开。脱开的瞬间燃烧室的压缩、爆燃气体便会窜入曲轴箱,曲轴箱废气传感器将废气信号发送给电控单元(ECU),ECU接到该信号后对内燃机进行智能控制,使内燃机工作在法规允许的排放条件下。否则强制停机,达到控制尾气排放的目的。 It elaborates the key component of intelligent tail gas control system. The crankcase exhaust gas sensor is used to judge whether the piston ring without end clearance and cylinder liner of internal combustion engine are worn to the two ends of the piston ring without end clearance. At the moment of disconnection,the compressed and deflagration gas of the combustion chamber will rush into the crankcase. The crankcase exhaust gas sensor sends the exhaust gas signal to the electronic control unit( ECU). After receiving the signal,the ECU will carry out intelligent tail gas control of the internal combustion engine to make the internal combustion engine work under the emission conditions allowed by laws and regulations. Otherwise,it is forced to shut down to control exhaust emission.
