摘要
V6TD机械增压水冷式发动机进行低温汽油机颗粒捕集器(GPF)标定试验时,需要将发动机出水温度恒定在0℃以下,环境仓冷冻水温度无法满足试验需求,针对此问题,自主开发设计发动机深冷水恒温试验装置,通过比例阀、板式换热器、智能控制器等硬件及管路连接,完成温度、流量等试验数据采集,应用比例、积分、微分(PID)控制策略,实现发动机出水温度精准控制,与HORIBA试验台架进行控制器局域网络(CAN)总线通信,实现远程控制,满足发动机低温标定试验需求。
During the low temperature GPF calibration test of the V6 TD supercharged water-cooled engine,the engine outlet water temperature needs to be kept constant below 0 ℃,and the chilled water temperature of the environmental chamber cannot meet the test requirements. Aiming at this problem,we independently developed and designed the engine cryogenic water constant temperature test device,and passed. Valves,plate heat exchangers,intelligent controllers and other hardware and pipeline connections,complete test data collection such as temperature and flow,apply PID control strategies to achieve precise control of engine water temperature,and perform CAN bus communication with HORIBA test benches to achieve remote control to meet the requirements of engine low temperature calibration test.
