炎症性肠病患者工作体验的质性研究

Work Experience of Patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease:A Qualitative Study

目的探索炎症性肠病患者工作中的体验及其应对策略。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,于2019年12月至2020年9月对南通市某三级甲等医院的16名炎症性肠病患者进行半结构式访谈,使用Colaizzi 7步分析法对原始资料进行整理分析。结果炎症性肠病患者的工作体验可划分为3个主题,即带病工作患者面临诸多的问题;患者对疾病的认知影响工作态度;患者坚持工作的意愿和行为的驱动力来源。结论炎症性肠病患者工作中面临着来自生理、心理、社会等各方面的感受和体验。医护人员应该在深入了解其工作感受的基础上,明确其在工作中存在的问题,给予针对性的干预和指导。预防和纠正不良应对方式,促进和强化有效应对方式,改善其工作和生活质量。

Objective To explore the work experience and coping strategies of patients with inflammatory bowel disease.Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted among 16 patients with inflammatory-bowel disease in a tertiary hospital in Nantong from December 2019 to September 2020 by the phenomenological research method in the qualitative research,and the original data are sorted and analyzed by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results The work experience of patients with inflammatory bowel disease can be divided into three themes,namely,the problems faced by those who work with the disease,the cognitive impact of the disease on work attitude,and the willingness and motivation of patients to work.Conclusions Patients with inflammatory bowel disease are faced with physical,psychological,and social feelings and experiences at work.Medical staff should understand their work experience,identify the problems,and give intervention and guidance accordingly.Medical staff should also prevent and correct negative coping styles,promote and strengthen effective coping styles,and improve their work and life quality.
