摘要
目的通过建立个案管理师岗位管理模式,切实提升个案管理师综合能力及个案管理质量。方法采用护理部垂直管理,建立12个个案管理师岗位、系统化培训个案管理师、明确其职责,构建详实的岗位管理模式。结果基于护理部垂直管理的个案管理师岗位管理模式实施后,相关人员岗位胜任力及职业获益感提升,与实施前比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论护理部垂直管理个案管理师岗位管理模式调动个案管理师积极*性,解决综合医院人力资源不足问题,有效推进个案管理的开展。
Objective To effectively improve the comprehensive ability of the case manager staff and the work quality by establishing the management model of a case manager position.Methods The vertical management of the nursing department was adopted and 12 case management positions were established.Case management staff were systematically trained with specific responsibilities, and a detailed position management model was constructed.Results After the implementation of the case manager post management model based on the vertical management of the nursing department, job competence and professional satisfaction of the staff have been significantly improved, which were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The new model mobilizes the enthusiasm of case managers, solves the problem of insufficient personnel in general hospitals, and effectively promotes the process of case management.
