某岛礁医院护理工作现状对护理卫勤工作的启示

Status Quo of Nursing in An Island Hospital and Its Inspiration for Nursing and Medical Support

目的调查某岛礁医院的护理工作现状,分析护理工作的特点。方法提取某岛礁医院2020年1-11月门急诊及住院患者的资料,结合护理处置工作完成情况,分析该岛礁医院日常护理工作及护理卫勤保障工作现状。结果纳入13 747例次患者资料,其中门急诊13688例次、住院59例次。护理处置工作总量为10 033例次。工作量居前3位的护理处置工作分别是体温监测35.0%(3508/10 033)、DNA采样17.9%(1800/10 033)、体检17.9%(1799/10 033)。前述3项占护理处置工作总量的70.8%(7107/10 033)。结论建议进一步规范护理人员轮岗交接班制度、科学创新护理排班模式、合理设置医护比、培养一专多能的轮岗护理后备团队,提高岛礁医院常规护理质量和战创伤护理急救能力。

Objective To investigate the status quo of nursing in an island hospital and analyze the characteristics of nursing work.Methods Based on the data of outpatients, emergency and inpatients in an island hospital from January to November 2020,combined with the completion of nursing treatment, the daily nursing work and medical support in the island hospital were analyzed.Results A total of 13 747 patients were included, with 13 688 outpatients and emergency patients, and 59 inpatients.The total number of nursing disposal were 10 033 cases.The top three nursing disposal tasks were body temperature monitoring(35.0%,n=3508),DNA sampling(17.9%,n=1800) and physical examination(17.9%, n=1799).The above three accounted for 70.8%(n=7107) of the total nursing disposal work.Conclusions It is suggested to standardize the system of nursing staff shift, scientifically innovate the nursing scheduling mode, reasonably plan the ratio of doctors and nurses, and vigorously cultivate a multi-functional rotation nursing backup team, so as to improve the quality of routine nursing and the ability of first aid of war trauma nursing in island hospitals.
