微管相关蛋白4在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义

Expression and significance of microtubule-related protein 4 in gastric cancer

目的探讨微管相关蛋白4(MAP4)在胃癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化Envision法检测97例胃腺癌患者癌组织及癌旁正常组织中MAP4的表达。分析MAP4表达与临床病理特征之间的关系。通过体外细胞划痕实验分析MAP4表达与细胞迁移的关系。结果胃癌组织中MAP4阳性率高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.01)。胃癌组织中MAP4阳性率与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。体外实验证实,干扰MAP4表达能抑制胃癌细胞迁移(P<0.01)。结论胃癌组织中MAP4的阳性表达可能促进胃癌转移。

Objective To explore the expression of microtubule-related protein 4(MAP4)in the gastric cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods The MAP4 expressions in gastric cancer tissues and tumor-adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemical Envision method in 97 cases.The correlation of MAP4 expression with clinicopathological features was analyzed.The AGS gastric cancer cells were cultured in vitro to study the effect of RNA interference of MAP4 on the migration of AGS gastric cancer cells using scratch assay.Results The positive expression rate of MAP4 in gastric cancer tissues was higher than that in tumor-adjacent normal tissues(P<0.01).The positive expression rate of MAP4 was related to the depth of infiltration,lymph node metastasis and TNM stages(P<0.05).Silencing of MAP4 expression in AGS gastric cancer cell inhibited its migration ability(P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of MAP4 in gastric cancer might promote the metastasis of gastric cancer.
