摘要
目的探讨连接斑株蛋白(JUP)和β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)在乳腺浸润性导管癌中表达及临床意义。方法制备乳腺浸润性导管癌患者68例癌组织及癌旁组织芯片,采用免疫组化SP法检测组织中JUP和β-catenin的表达,并比较其在临床病理参数组间差异,进一步分析乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中JUP和β-catenin表达的相关性。结果成功制备乳腺浸润性导管癌组织及癌旁组织芯片。乳腺浸润性导管癌患者癌组织中JUP阳性表达率低于癌旁组织[38.2%(26/68)vs.58.8%(40/68)],而β-catenin阳性表达率高于癌旁组织[72.1%(49/68)vs.60.3%(41/68)](P<0.05)。JUP阳性表达在肿瘤直径组间比较有统计学差异,而β-catenin阳性表达在病理分级和临床分期组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。JUP和β-catenin在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.213,P<0.05)。结论在乳腺浸润性导管癌中,JUP和β-catenin的表达呈负相关,在疾病发生、发展、侵袭和转移过程中发挥重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of junction plakoglobin(JUP)andβ-catenin in breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma.Methods The chips of breast carcinoma tissues and carcinoma-adjacent tissues of 68 patients with breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma were prepared.The expressions of JUP andβ-catenin were detected by immunohistochemical SP method.The differences of JUP andβ-catenin expressions among the cases with different clinicopathological parameters were compared.The correlation of JUP andβ-catenin expressions was analyzed.Results The chips of breast carcinoma tissues and carcinoma-adjacent tissues were successfully prepared.The positive expression rate of JUP was lower in breast carcinoma tissues than that in carcinoma-adjacent tissues[38.2%(26/68)vs.58.8%(40/68)],while that ofβ-catenin was higher in breast carcinoma tissues than that of in carcinoma-adjacent tissues[72.1%(49/68)vs.60.3%(41/68)](P<0.05).The positive expression of JUP had significant difference among the tumors with different diameters,while the positive expression ofβ-catenin had significant differences among the cases with pathological grades and clinical stages(P<0.05).The expressions of JUP andβ-catenin were negatively correlated in breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma tissues(r=-0.213,P<0.05).Conclusion JUP andβ-catenin in breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma tissues are negatively correlated,which play an important role in the development,progression,invasion and metastasis of breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma.
