急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清冷诱导RNA结合蛋白的表达及其临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of serum cold-induced RNA binding protein in patients with acute coronary syndrome

目的探讨急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血清中冷诱导RNA结合蛋白(CIRBP)表达及其临床意义。方法210例ACS患者,其中80例诊断为急性心肌梗死(AMI组),130例诊断为不稳定型心绞痛(UAP组)。对照(C)组32例,为非ACS患者。采用ELISA法检测三组血清CIRBP和IL-6的表达,分析CIRBP与IL-6的相关性。结果AMI组和UAP组患者血清CIRBP表达高于C组[(94.34±11.60)pg/mL和(15.60±3.70)pg/mL vs.(5.90±1.30)pg/mL](P<0.01),AMI组亦高于UAP组(P<0.01)。AMI组和UAP患者血清IL-6表达高于C组[(12.99±2.21)pg/mL和(10.07±2.17)pg/mL vs.(6.50±1.12)pg/mL](P<0.01),AMI组亦高于UAP组(P<0.01)。ACS患者血清CIRBP与IL-6表达呈正相关(r=0.754,P<0.01)。结论ACS患者血清CIRBP表达增加,检测CIRBP表达有助于ACS的临床诊断及预后分析。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of serum cold-induced RNA binding protein(CIRBP)in the patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).MethodsOf 210 patients with ACS,80 cases were diagnosed as acute myocardial infarction(group AMI)and 130 cases were with unstable angina pectoris(group UAP).Another 32 patients without ACS were taken as the controls(group C).Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect serum expressions of CIRBP and interleukin-6(IL-6).The correlation of serum levels of CIRBP and IL-6 was analyzed.Results Serum expression of CIRBP was higher in groups of AMI and UAP than that in group C[(94.34±11.60)pg/mL and(15.60±3.70)pg/mL vs.(5.90±1.30)pg/mL](P<0.01),which was higher in group AMI than that in group ACS(P<0.01).Serum expression of IL-6 was higher in groups of AMI and UAP than that in group C[(12.99±2.21)pg/mL and(10.07±2.17)pg/mL vs.(6.50±1.12)pg/mL](P<0.01),which was higher in group AMI than that in group ACS(P<0.01).Serum CIRBP level was positively correlated with serum IL-6 level in ACS patients(r=0.754,P<0.01).Conclusion Serum expression of CIRBP is increased in the patients with ACS.The detection of serum expression of CIRBP is helpful in the clinical diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of ACS patients.
