企业转型和升级的关键因素识别与贡献度研究——以山东为例

Identification and Contribution of Key Factors in Enterprise Transformation and Upgrading——Taking Shandong Province as an Example

山东省高耗能高污染企业占的比例比较大,山东省企业应该加快转型和升级的步伐。对需求、资本、劳动力、政策制度、国际因素方面等11个变量进行分析,利用2000-2017年山东省的相关数据,通过构建山东省企业转型和关键因素识别模型,对山东省企业转型和升级的关键因素进行识别,得到国民经济与创新以及外资与外贸两个关键因素。结果显示,外商的直接投资占GDP的比重、进出口额占GDP的比重等对山东省企业的转型和升级具有正向积极作用。针对这一分析结果,得出了山东省企业的转型和升级要加大科技创新力度和扩大外商投资规模等结论。

The proportion of high energy consumption and high pollution enterprises in Shandong Province is relatively large.The enterprises in Shandong Province should speed up the transformation and upgrading.This paper analyzes 11 variables such as demand,capital,labor force,policy system,and international factors,and uses relevant data from Shandong Province from 2000 to 2017 to build a model of enterprise transformation and key factors in Shandong Province.The key factors of transformation and upgrading of enterprises in Shandong Province were identified and two key factors were obtained:national economy and innovation,and foreign capital and foreign trade.The results show that foreign direct investment and import and export as a proportion of GDP have positive effects on the transformation and upgrading of enterprises in Shandong Province.According to the results of this analysis,this paper concludes that the transformation and upgrading of enterprises in Shandong Province should increase the intensity of scientific and technological innovation and expand the scale of foreign investment.
