Practice and Innovation of Establishing Benchmarking Departments of Grass-roots Party Construction in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

高校院系基层党组织,是党在高等教育基层组织中的工作基础和战斗堡垒,担负着贯彻落实党的基本路线和教育方针的任务。在新时代新要求下,高校基层党组织建设更需要不断实践、探索创新。以山东高校党建示范创建和质量创优为背景,以党建工作标杆院(系)培育创建为对象,创新党建实践工作做法,以期对高校院系基层党建工作起到示范辐射作用。

Grass-roots Party organizations in departments of colleges and universities are the basis and battle fort of the Party’s work in primary party organizations of higher education,which shoulder the mission of carrying out the Party’s basic line and educational policy.Under the requirements of the new era,the construction of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities needs continuous practice,exploration and innovation.Based on the establishment of Party Construction Demonstration and Quality Excellence in universities of Shandong,taking the cultivation and establishment of Benchmarking Departments of Party Construction as the object,this paper explores the practice and innovative experience of Party building at the grass-roots level,in order to form an experience and method of work,that can play a role of demonstration radiation and can be copied and popularized.
