为贯彻落实全国教育大会所提出的新时代教育要求,更好地推进教育现代化,面向全社会培养综合人才,满足社会进步状态下的用人需求,国务院提出了坚持全员全过程全方位育人的要求。“三全育人”综合改革是以教学和育人的双重结合,带动大学生整体学科知识与思想素质提升,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,为社会主义发展提供积极动力。

In order to implement the educational requirements of the new era put forward by the national education conference,better promote the modernization of education,meet the employment needs under the state of social progress and cultivating comprehensive talents for the whole society,the State Council has put forward the requirements of adhering to the all-round education of all employees in the whole process.The comprehensive reform of“three complete education”is to promote the overall subject knowledge and ideological quality of college students with the dual combination of teaching and education,provide a positive driving force for socialist development,and cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.
